Hi, I’m Dr. Mahdavi! I’m from Boston, MA, where I earned my B.S. in Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts Boston. I then went on to receive my dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After that I made my way to New York City, where I completed my general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience in patient care along the way.   

Soon after, I decided to pursue a specialty in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and completed my training at BronxCare Health System, where I now have the privilege of teaching future orthodontists. It was during my training there that I met my good friend and co-founder, Dr. G. Together, we share a vision of creating a warm and friendly environment while crafting beautiful smiles for each of our patients.   

As a board certified orthodontist with a few years of experience under my belt, what I’ve come to love most about my work is the unique relationships I get to build with each of my patients over the course of their treatment. It’s not just about aligning teeth; it’s about understanding individual needs and helping people feel great about their smiles. The transformations I see—not only in smiles but also in confidence—are incredibly fulfilling and bring me joy and motivation every day.
